## Abstract

A system for streaming of contextual micro-content blocks for a workflow task to facilitate task performance by a user. The system includes a context sensing engine that processes one or more context inputs and generates an output based on the context inputs received from a front-end context monitoring appliance. The system includes a processing circuit having a navigation engine to navigate through digital information sources and search for information that matches one or more parameters of relevance for the workflow task. The processing circuit extracts computer-executable information files from the digital information sources that matches the one or more parameters of relevance for the workflow task and digitally processes the collected computer-executable information files into processed information blocks. The processing circuit includes a micro-content blocks creator for generating the contextual micro-content blocks from the processed information blocks. The micro-content blocks are delivered to the user when the micro-tasks are beginning.

## Independent claims

1. A method for live digital streaming of one or more contextual micro-content blocks in real-time for a workflow task to facilitate task performance by a user, the method comprising: receiving one or more digital inputs from a front-end context monitoring appliance deployed at a user device, wherein each digital input is indicative of one or more parameters of relevance associated with the workflow task, wherein the front-end context monitoring appliance comprises a context sensor that detects a context of the task performance and an installable agent configured as a browser plugin at the device associated with the user; navigating through one or more digital information sources accessible over a network to search for information that matches the one or more parameters of relevance associated with the workflow task using at least one of a push gateway system that monitors data elements at the information sources and a pull gateway system that queries the information sources; filtering, by a filtering circuit, a plurality of processed information blocks based on a contextual pattern associated with the user and the workflow task to remove redundant information and manage information overload by comparing the processed information blocks with reference characteristics to determine what is noise versus what is important for the workflow task; generating one or more contextual micro-content blocks based on an overall contextual pattern associated with the workflow task, wherein the one or more contextual micro-content blocks are generated from the filtered plurality of processed information blocks and are configured to auto-hash review interactions at required intervals; and transmitting the one or more contextual micro-content blocks relating to the workflow task to the device associated with the user according to a delivery schedule managed by a task manager that examines status of micro-tasks on a time series and identifies timelines associated with delivery of the micro-content blocks for different tasks.

10. A system for live digital streaming of one or more contextual micro-content blocks in real-time for a workflow task to facilitate task performance by a user, wherein the system comprises: an information management server connected to a plurality of user devices associated with a plurality of users, wherein each of the user devices performs the workflow task at a particular time and location such that performance of the workflow task occurs at a location remote from a location of the information management server, and wherein the workflow task comprises a plurality of micro-tasks performed in a particular sequence at particular locations and particular time slots; a front-end context monitoring appliance communicatively coupled to the information management server at a remote location, the front-end context monitoring appliance comprising: a context sensor that detects a context of the task performance; a GPS device that detects geographical coordinates of the device associated with the user and retrieves real-time tracking location coordinates associated with event occurrences for the plurality of micro-tasks; and an agent device operated by deploying an installable agent configured as a browser plugin at the device associated with the user; wherein the information management server comprises: a network layer that uses at least one of a push gateway system that monitors data elements at information sources and pushes relevant data and a pull gateway system that sends queries to the information sources and pulls in computer-executable files containing information; and a processor configured to: navigate through one or more digital information sources accessible over a network to search for information that matches one or more parameters of relevance associated with the workflow task; generate a unified score for determining a contextual pattern associated with the workflow task based on the one or more parameters of relevance associated with the workflow task; filter, through a filtering circuit, a plurality of processed information blocks based on the contextual pattern to manage semantic signal-to-noise ratio by comparing the processed information blocks with the contextual pattern to determine what is noise versus what is important; and generate one or more contextual micro-content blocks based on the contextual pattern associated with the workflow task, wherein the micro-content blocks are configured to auto-hash review interactions at required intervals; and a task manager that schedules delivery of the micro-content blocks according to schedule of the tasks and associated micro-tasks, ties different tasks on a time series, identifies timelines associated with delivery of the micro-content blocks for the different tasks, and examines status of the micro-tasks on the time series to transmit the one or more contextual micro-content blocks relating to the workflow task to the device associated with the user when the micro-tasks are scheduled to begin execution.

17. A system for digital streaming of one or more contextual micro-content blocks in real-time for a workflow task to facilitate task performance by a user, wherein the system comprises: an information management server connected to a plurality of user devices associated with a plurality of users; a blockchain device that interacts with the information management server through a plurality of blockchain configured distributed access points over a blockchain network, wherein the blockchain device comprises: a distributed trusted ledgers system containing a plurality of distributed blockchain ledgers associated with a plurality of computing terminals such that each ledger stores a copy of a computer-executable file containing context inputs and the one or more contextual micro-content blocks associated with the workflow task; and a private data store configured to auto-hash review interactions at required intervals and provide compartmentalized access to computer-executable files based on access rights authorized to nodes; wherein the information management server comprises: a network layer that uses at least one of a push gateway system and a pull gateway system to collect data from one or more digital information sources; and a processor configured to: extract computer-executable information files from the one or more digital information sources that matches one or more parameters of relevance for the workflow task; create a plurality of information blocks based on the extracted computer-executable information files; filter the plurality of information blocks through a filtering circuit that removes redundant information using automated methods to manage information overload and increment semantic signal-to-noise ratio; and generate one or more contextual micro-content blocks from the plurality of filtered information blocks, wherein the contextual micro-content blocks are configured to enable auto-hash review interactions at required intervals for integrity verification; and a task manager configured to schedule and transmit the one or more contextual micro-content blocks relating to the workflow task to a device associated with the user based on examining status of micro-tasks on a time series.
