Searching for Studios
A rural hospital company can only be chartered by someone who has run the operation, not by someone who has studied it. We are looking for an operator who has carried a critical access hospital through a service line change and came out with the numbers to show for it.
Searching for Capital
Home health revenue cycle is a documentation problem wearing a billing costume. The founder we want has already been personally responsible for a denial rate and has built something to fix it, even if the something was a spreadsheet.
Searching for IP
Device telemetry claims are only worth holding if practicing cardiologists will tell us what the data has to do in clinic. We want three practicing physicians who have already fought with device data and lost.
Searching for Network
A venture board is useful when at least one member has personally shut something down. We are looking for people with a documented record of ending a program, not only of launching one.
