Native Alpha™ is the method the whole firm runs on. Find something that behaves differently in the field than the literature says it should. Prove it against data somebody already paid for. Decide whether to own it, publish it, fund it, or drop it. Compound what survives.
We treat the method as a portfolio work because it is the reusable part. A patent covers one invention. The method produced thirty families, a disclosure register, a fund thesis, and a venture charter process, and it will produce the next thirty.
It is published rather than protected. The advantage is in running it consistently, not in keeping it secret.
