The seven-requirement checklist and Board Questions
The chapter “Require Seven Things Before You Sign” explains each requirement. Answer met, not met, or unknown, and name the record that supports each answer. An answer based on a seller’s assurance is unknown.

______ |
______ |

______ |
______ |
An Exit Kit tested on paper |
______ |
______ |

______ |

______ |
______ |
If any answer is not met or unknown, either meet the requirement before you sign or write down which requirement is missing, why the purchase goes ahead, and who will close the gap by when. A gap written down is a decision with an owner. The Board Questions are in the chapter; the sponsor writes the answers on one page for the people who approve.
