The report comes in two forms, and a section with no data says so

The executive page, the practitioner report, and the 30/60/90 plan

archon report generate writes two files into a run folder from stored data. It invents nothing. A section with no data says "Not collected."

The executive page is one page for someone who will not read the audit

For someone who will not read the audit. One page:

  1. The Discoverability Score and all nine sub-scores.

  2. The five numbers: recognition, problem association, category association, evidence, consistency.

  3. The three strongest signals and the three largest gaps among the scored dimensions.

  4. Three experiments.

  5. The next benchmark date, and the confidence notes.

The practitioner report lists everything the person doing the work needs

For the person doing the work. It lists every question, every engine, every observed mention, the citations, the alternatives, the evidence gaps, the interventions, the owners, and the benchmark versions. In order:

Executive Finding; Discoverability Score; Finder Specification; Benchmark; Recognition; Problem Association; Category Association; Engine Coverage Matrix; Question-Level Findings; Competitive Inclusion Set; Citation Analysis; Evidence Analysis; Entity Graph; Content Addressability; Technical Legibility; Observation, Hypothesis, Experiment; Evidence Gap Register; Proposed Experiments; the 30/60/90-day plan; Retest Plan; Confidence and Warnings; Every observation; and What this score cannot establish.

The 30/60/90-day plan follows the order on the interventions page

The plan lists each intervention in its window: days 1 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90, or later. Every hypothesis gets the observation that would disprove it explains the default order and when evidence overrides it.
