Use this to leave a cross-functional student meeting with a written decision, an owner, and a review date. Worked as Tool 3 in “Seven Prototype Tools Put the Ideas to Work in Real Meetings”, in “Make the Seams Disappear for the Child”, with the five outputs explained in “A Meeting Should End With Decisions Someone Owns.”
