Ask Reviewers Whether Each Diagnostic Item Can Be Seen and Illustrated

Instrument 5: Practitioner Review of the Diagnostic

Companion to The Child Should Never Experience the Organizational Chart · Updated 2026-09-30

Use this to test the Child Experience Fragmentation Diagnostic with the people who would use it. For every item in the diagnostic, ask reviewers to answer the four questions below, say whether improvement in the item would plausibly matter to a child or family, and give an example.

Collect examples for every item. Items that practitioners cannot illustrate may be too abstract for a fieldbook.
