Care delivery readiness map
A review of patient, caregiver, clinician, site, supply, data, payment, and exception readiness before an intervention enters routine care.
Under the pillar Therapeutic Enablement
Set the boundary
Name the intervention, patient population, care setting, entry state, intended result, and time window. Keep biological readiness separate from operational readiness.
Map each condition
For every patient, caregiver, clinician, site, supply, data, payment, and exception condition, record the required state, current state, evidence, owner, dependency, recovery path, and review date.
Use the slowest condition
The least ready essential condition sets the practical launch boundary. A product is not ready for routine care because its technical component is ready.
Limit
The map organizes a readiness review. It does not establish clinical safety, regulatory standing, coverage, or professional approval.
