Keep evidence that can be reproduced
A screenshot is a claim about a moment. A stored query with provenance can be re-run by the reader, which changes what the evidence is worth.
The pattern
Claim: recommendation
Store the query, the data source, the collection time, and the result. An auditor, a customer, or a future employee can reproduce the finding without trusting a screenshot.
This also cuts the pre-audit scramble because the evidence already exists.
