Native Alpha density review for work
This note gives a review for judging whether a redesign of work raised Native Alpha™ density and improved the outcome. It is a qualified view, not a universal numerical score, and the redesign is rejected when density rises on paper but outcomes, learning, trust or resilience worsen. Test whether scarce capacity is moving toward work where unusual capability changes or compounds the result.
Inputs
Before and after work allocation, accepted outcomes, credential exposure, commodity minutes, and claimed differentiated work.
Method
Compare differentiated minutes, cases reached, difficult cases, trust, learning, relationships, evidence, rights, and compounding before and after recomposition.
Output
A qualified view of whether Native Alpha™ density rose and whether the outcome improved.
Boundary
This is not a universal numerical score. Qualitative evidence may be more honest in some settings.

Reject the redesign when density rises on paper but outcomes, learning, trust, or resilience worsen.
