A pillar arguing that systems should state what they do not know is obliged to do the same.
What is not claimed
The following are open, and nothing elsewhere in this pillar should be read as settling them.
Agreement is not uniform
In the prototype's shadow-mode data, disagreement concentrates almost entirely in patients with a recent medication change, a context the system reads late or not at all. Aggregate agreement conceals that.
Projections are projections
Simulated effects scale linearly. Real operations do not, which is the single largest reason to treat any projected figure as directional.
Every number here is synthetic
The reference implementation runs on generated operating data. Its figures illustrate what the interface asserts and how it justifies it. They measure no real population.
The labor curve is unobserved
The bend in the curve is a hypothesis. No multi-year production series has been published, by us or anyone else.
The interface is untested at scale
Zero dashboard is documented here as a design position with a working prototype, not as a pattern validated across many organizations and roles.
What would change the position
A production deployment with a connected warehouse, a published labor series, and shadow-mode agreement characterized by context rather than summarized as a single figure. Any of the three would move this pillar from architecture to evidence.
If the miss rate of a ranked stream cannot be shown to beat a sorted worklist, the honest conclusion is that the dashboard was doing something after all, and this pillar should say so.
