Founder-to-IP matching matrix
This note gives a matrix for judging whether a particular operator makes an underused asset practical, using a bounded research or customer task before any company or transfer is discussed. A match based only on title, biography, enthusiasm or a general industry connection is rejected. Test whether an operator's knowledge, access, data, rights, and timing make an underused asset more practical.
Match
Compare the asset with the person's problem knowledge, buyer access, regulatory experience, data, implementation record, adjacent rights, distribution, and willingness to run a test.
Test
Use a bounded research or customer task before discussing a company or transfer.
Failure case
Reject a match based only on title, biography, enthusiasm, or a general industry connection.
