Health system condition map
List every independent condition that must hold for an intervention to reach repeatable use. The map names the current state, evidence, owner, and stop rule for each condition, and identifies the binding condition that sets the adoption clock, which is where work should concentrate.
Conditions
Map patient, clinician, workflow, institution, payer, regulatory, market, and information readiness. For each, name the current state, evidence, owner, dependency, earliest test, and stop rule.
Sequence
Mark which conditions can move in parallel, which depend on another decision, and which one sets the adoption clock.
Use
Work on the binding condition. Stop when it cannot be influenced or when the cost and time to change it exceed the expected value.
