Workforce Composition map
Assign work across people, AI, rules, software, systems, devices, services, and governance as one operation. The map gives every Work Unit an owner and every handoff in writing, and it stops when a task saving raises end to end cost, delay, risk, or review burden.
Inputs
Accepted outcome, Work Units, constraints, current workforce, systems, services, and evidence.
Method
Assign each unit by judgment, authority, trust, repeatability, observability, reversibility, physical need, risk, and cost. Write every handoff and owner.
Output
A complete current and proposed workforce map.
Boundary
A worker map is not an organization chart and should not hide outside labor or patient effort.
Stop
Stop when a task saving raises end to end cost, delay, risk, or review burden.
