Adversarial design-around report
Give a capable future competitor the customer outcome and ask for credible routes around the proposed boundary. This report shows whether the boundary holds: each route is ranked by how much penalty it carries, so a reader sees which boundaries are real and which a rival can walk around cheaply.
Attack
Generate substitutions across architecture, components, models, data, workflow, regulation, manual work, and business model.
Classify
Rank each route from trivial substitution through material penalty, commercial unattractiveness, or technical impracticality.
Output
Record the route, assumptions, evidence, penalty, claim question, experiment, and person responsible for review.
Boundary
Generated routes are research hypotheses. Counsel decides legal meaning and what the disclosure supports.
